LogikBoost

Bring your supported indicators onto the timeframe you choose.

Select a compatible installed indicator, configure its settings, and bring another timeframe into your current chart. Add smoothing, steps, an oscillator view, or bands around the final output—all in one tool.

Multiple timeframesSource-driven settingsThree output modesOptional bands
01 · Start with your source

Your indicator.
A different timeframe.

Keep your native chart and source the indicator from another supported bar type and interval. For example, display a 5-minute SMA on a 1-minute chart without opening a second chart.

  • Choose from compatible installed indicators. The picker discovers supported indicator factories and shows friendly names.
  • Set the indicator’s inputs. Supported parameters appear for the selected source.
  • Select the line you want. Choose a numeric plot, such as MACD, Avg or Diff when the source provides multiple lines.

Native timeframe uses the chart’s current close. Alternate timeframes use completed source values and hold them until the next eligible update.

02 · Decide what you want to see

One Boost. Three clear views.

Output mode is your choice. Selecting an oscillator does not automatically choose its output mode or chart panel.

PRICE CHART

Keep an indicator on price

Use price-scale sources such as a moving average as an overlay. Read the source values with optional enhancements.

EXISTING OSCILLATOR

Keep its original scale

Use a source such as RSI or MACD as an oscillator without normalization. Enhancements can still change the source values.

CONVERT TO OSCILLATOR

Give a source a rolling range

Convert processed source values to a rolling 0–100 range, or invert to −100–0. The conversion lookback counts source bars.

Both oscillator modes require Chart panel = New panel. Choose the panel explicitly. Output mode does not override a saved panel assignment.

03 · Shape the values and visuals

Enhance the source.
Define the direction.

  • Average Extreme processing. Add smoothing and fine adjustment, with price/ATR step processing available for price views.
  • Boost correction or steps. Use correction or hold values between qualifying moves. Oscillator steps use source indicator units, including fractional sizes.
  • Thresholds for any oscillator. Choose upper and lower levels yourself, or disable thresholds and use a trend method.
  • Visuals that follow your rules. Configure up, down and neutral plot colors, optional candle/background colors, markers and reference lines.
  • Optional direction-change alerts. Enable sound, NinjaTrader alert-window notifications or email.

Processing runs on source bars before values are mapped to your chart. Steps occur before oscillator conversion.

04 · Add optional bands

Add bands around
your final output.

Build a channel around the line Boost actually produces. Apply your smoothing, steps or oscillator conversion first, then add upper and lower bands around that result.

  • Five width methods. Choose Fixed distance, ATR, Standard deviation, Average output movement or Percentage.
  • Off by default. One Band type selector reveals only the relevant settings in the same section, including line width and upper/lower colors.
  • One source clock. The center and both boundaries arrive together from your chosen timeframe.
  • Works with your output view. Add bands around a price indicator, an existing oscillator or a converted oscillator.

ATR uses source-timeframe price volatility; converted oscillators scale its width into converted units. For an existing oscillator, ATR keeps source-price units. See band settings and units.

05 · A guided setup

Follow the flow.
See what is active.

01

Choose your source

Select the timeframe, indicator, indicator line and source parameters.

02

Choose your output

Keep a price overlay, preserve an existing oscillator, or convert the source to an oscillator. Choose the chart panel here.

03

Enhance the values

Apply optional Average Extreme smoothing, Boost correction or steps. Configure conversion when enabled.

04

Add bands

Choose Off, Fixed distance, ATR, Standard deviation, Average output movement or Percentage. Only relevant band settings appear.

05

Choose direction rules

Use oscillator thresholds or select a trend rule. Define what up, down and neutral mean.

06

Choose appearance

Set plot colors, reference lines, candles, backgrounds and direction-change markers.

07

Choose alerts

Enable sound, NinjaTrader alerts or email when you want direction-change notifications.

Settings appear when they apply. Read the current setup, processing and direction summaries to understand your configuration; the source settings check identifies recipe or output-selection problems.

Available sources depend on compatible factories and numeric plots; discovery does not guarantee every third-party indicator will work when hosted. This version uses the chart instrument and completed bars. Developing-bar operation, separate instruments and arbitrary nested source chains are not included. Ready-made templates will come later.
